PDS scooter parking system

In the course of the last years scooters gained a big popularity among children. As kids were not allowed to bring their scooters inside the public buildings, they created quite often a mess on the street and some of them were stolen, too. A solution was urgently required and therefore EBIS  developed a scooter parking system called PDS (=Park Deinen Scooter) end of 2014, which was received with great enthusiasm by youngsters and adults.

So does it work:

The scooter gets parked inside the scooter parking system and can be locked by common bicycle locking devices. The handlebar will be places inside the clips and fixed with the locking unit.
